The conversion of a 1970s bungalow in relaxed Scandinavian style, this was a complete ‘blood and guts’ refurbishment, which involved pulling the house apart and putting it together again.
Ruth and Gus had been meaning to get to grips with their home since they moved in 20 years ago, so by the time I got involved it was in need of more than a lick of paint. The challenge was to preserve the heart and soul of a much-loved family home…while changing everything else!
