People are coming to a hair salon to look and feel great before they leave. It helps when the premises look and feel great too.
This was an extensive refurbishment of an existing busy city centre hair salon which involved knocking through three walls into vacant office accommodation behind to allow the expansion of the salon business.
We had to create a harmonious whole from a front room with some beautiful period features, and a back room that had to be designed from scratch. Aside from expanding the salon’s footprint, the technical challenge here was creating a central island for the hairdressing stations and completing the project very quickly.
